Robert joined Mahan Law in 2022 after years of private practice in business law, litigation, and estate planning. Although Robert is relatively new to the team, he has spent years consulting with Tony and Randy on a variety of matters. Robert enjoys working on every aspect of business law including startups, complex business entities, mergers & acquisitions, associate buy-ins, and partner buy-outs to name a few. A typical day includes everything from advising on employment law issues, finalizing the sale of a practice, reviewing a commercial lease, and advising on complex business structures.
Robert was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, but grew up all over the county and spent most of his youth in southeast Alabama. He attended Miami University in Oxford Ohio receiving his B.S. in Business in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law in 2010.
Robert is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and in The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
